Taking care of your emotional and mental health is as important
as caring for your physical health
.

My name is Milla. My family and I came from Europe to the United States in 1995. In 2009, I attended  Aveda Institute in Minneapolis and became very passionate about massage therapy and it's health benefits. Thus I began my journey of turning my passion for taking care of people into a career. Massage Therapy was my entry into the healing arts; so for the past 14 years, I have been lightly studying Alternative Healing. As I developed my career further, I found that I have a gift in massage therapy and touch. Lately I became a Certified Laser Technician through the Advanced Aesthetic Laser School and now it is my primary focus/career also.

I believe that emotional and mental health are directly connected to physical health. I believe that the mind and body are connected. Therefore, during my massage sessions, I blend different styles of bodywork/therapy to provide a complete, holistic experience. Swedish massage kneads, for instance, soothe stress and tense muscles, whereas deep-tissue and trigger-point massages target more specific pain.

I always start my appointments with a consultation, which allows me to customize the session's structure and the level of pressure for each client. I can also personalize the treatment with Thai stretches, relaxing hot stones, Aveda aromatherapy, Organic Coconut Oil, Organic full-spectrum CBD Whipped Body Butter or Hemp Oil, Magnesium Detoxing Blend,  Asea gel and mist, or circulation-boosting cupping therapy with hot aroma towels.

I am always looking for ways to improve my professional skills by learning new techniques, taking classes and taking continuing education courses. My current list consists of: Spa and Massage Therapy, Ear and Hand Reflexology, Holistic Massage, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Professional Touch/ Cuddling, Laser Therapy- Laser physics, Laser Safety, Light Therapies which includes Laser Hair Removal, Diode/BBL. Photo Rejuvenation IPL/BBL, NdYag 1064, Ablative/Non Ablative Fractional tattoo Removal, Micro Needling w/RF and without, Skin Tightening w/BBL and w/Radio Frequency/Magnetic Pulse, Vascular and Pigment Treatments Hydrotherapy. Dr. Heidi Robertson  • Medical Director

Doctor Heidi Robertson’s love for helping started in high school after participating in a mission trip. Dr. Robertson began her medical training in southern California where she graduated with her medical degree at Loma Linda Medical University in 2002. She trained at the renowned Loma Linda Medical Center for Anesthesiology, graduating in 2007 and was board certified in 2008. In 2012 Dr. Robertson began to feel a pull toward regenerative medicine. She realized the hope that could bring many patients by using prolotherapy. Doctor Robertson has always believed that bringing hope and healing to patients, is one of the greatest privileges she can have in this life. Watching patients with chronic pain even after many surgeries prompted her to research the possibilities of reversing or curing such pain. She completed the extensive Hackett-Hemwall training for prolotherapy in Honduras in 2013 and again in 2014. She also completed the American Academy of Orthopedic Medicine prolotherapy workshop in Peru in 2014. Not only does Dr. Robertson have the training and expertise to treat your pain, she has superb bedside manor and a genuine love for medicine. Dr Robertson’s skills include pain management, spinal and epidural blocks, peripheral nerve blocks, and prolotherapy.
